N O T I C E CITY OF MERRILL TAXPAYERS The Board of Review for the City of Merrill will meet on, Monday, October 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers. This meeting is a statutory meeting to hear appeals from the Assessment Roll of the City of Merrill. The Board of Review will meet for a minimum of two hours. The municipality or county shall provide by ordinance for the confidentiality of information about income and expenses that is provided to the assessor under this paragraph and shall provide exceptions for persons using the information in the discharge of duties imposed by law or of the duties of their office or by order of a court. Notice of Pending Application for Proposed Miscellaneous Structure Stair Replacement (Kelso Crystal Lake Waterfront) Dale Kelso, 1621 Droster Rd, Madison, WI 53716 has applied to the Department of Natural Resources for a permit to replace an existing seawall and stairs with a miscellaneous structure consisting of a layer of three-inch diameter clean rock beneath a layer of 3/4-inch clean rock beneath a treated lumber framed, filter fabric lined, and pre-formed concrete stairway on the bed of Crystal Lake. The project is located in SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 02, Township 35 North, Range 06 East, Town of Bradley, Lincoln County, WI. This project is named “Kelso Crystal Lake Waterfront” and involves a proposal to place a layer of 3-inch clean rock and 5-ft wide steps below the Ordinary High Water Mark.
